Terrance Dennis, M.A.

COO and Principal Behavioral Consultant

Since joining MVP consulting group in 2019, Terrance has held a variety of increasingly responsible management positions in business development, operations, and project management. From 2018 to 2019, he served as Behavioral Health Director at Keeping Youth Journey Onward (KYJO). Here Terrance was fundamental in drafting and composing the Program Statement and creating a transitional plan for 5 residential group home facilities into Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Programs (STRTP). Terrance has also led various behavioral healthcare organizations receive national accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for various levels of care.
Prior to 2019, Terrance worked as an administrator for Del Amo Hospital, a 166-bed inpatient behavioral health institution, where he helped the organization achieve Joint Commission accreditation. Terrance acquired his bachelor’s degree in criminology with a focus on law enforcement from California State University, Fresno, and his master’s degree in forensic psychology with a focus on “assessment and treatment” from Argosy University. Terrance continued his studies at San Joaquin College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate.
