Tammy Quattrocchi, MBA, CHC, CHPC, CCEP

Principal Behavioral Health and HCSS Consultant

Tammy has over 25 years of experience in behavioral health, dual diagnosis, and substance use treatment. The last 10 years specifically in healthcare compliance, implementing compliance programs in a variety of healthcare/behavioral health settings. Ms. Quattrocchi has held roles in facility operations, leadership, and compliance. A few of the roles would include Director of Compliance, Compliance Officer, and Executive Director.

Tammy serves as the Principal Consultant for two services lines-Healthcare Staffing Certification and LegitScript. With over 30 Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Certifications under her belt, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety in healthcare staffing practices. With respect to LegitScript, Ms. Quattrocchi leverages her extensive experience to provide strategic guidance and expert insights to healthcare organizations seeking certification to provide safe and effective services and products to their communities. Her deep understanding of regulatory requirements, combined with her innovative approach, has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.

Tammy is passionate about providing quality person/provider centered care 100% of the time. Ms. Quattrocchi holds a Master of Business Administration in Six Sigma Quality from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Rhode Island College. She also holds several healthcare compliance certifications through the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) which include, Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
