Stephanie Nwadinobi is an experienced healthcare professional with a passion for regulatory compliance, patient safety, and accreditation. She has worked as the lead Regulatory Accreditation and Licensing Program Manager for a large hospital system in Southern California, where she has gained extensive experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting quality care for patients. Stephanie began her career in healthcare as a Behavioral Health Nurse in Houston, Texas, twelve years ago. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science of Nursing and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Her work in Behavioral Health sparked her interest in quality improvement and patient safety, which motivated her to become a patient safety committee representative and later a quality nurse leader. She learned a great deal about regulatory and accreditation requirements in these roles, and her interest in the field led her to become a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional (HACP).
