Sheena Huntley-Willis

Sheena H. Willis, PsyD, is a high-impact healthcare executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, clinical operations, and healthcare administration. Previously served as a Regional Clinical Director, she provided executive oversight for multiple clinical locations across North Carolina and South Carolina, driving operational efficiency and multidisciplinary team performance. 

Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Willis has held several senior leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer at both a hospital and a 200-bed neuro-medical treatment center, in skilled nursing, and Chief Operating Officer for a large psychiatric hospital system where she managed over 130 staff members across three campuses. Her expertise lies in scaling multi-site operations, ensuring rigorous regulatory compliance with HIPAA and CARF standards, and implementing strategic initiatives that significantly improve patient outcomes and organizational performance.

Dr. Willis earned her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Behavioral Health Leadership from Walden University, complemented by a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Sociology. Beyond her executive roles, she is a dedicated community leader, researcher, and advocate for the mental health community.
