Nick Moriana
Senior STRTP Consultant
For 21 years, I have had the privilege to work with the most resilience children and families I have ever met. In Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program, Group Home, school, and outpatient settings, I have seen the power in helping people move from surviving to thriving.
Along the way, I have held leadership positions in all of these settings. As someone who believes in the power and importance of crisis work, I have taught and lead multiple crisis intervention teams throughout my career. Currently, I hold my STRTP Administrator, Group Home Administrator, and Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Instructor certifications.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I constantly strive to provide the highest quality care to the children and families that I serve. As a consultant, I provide my clients with a unique understanding of residential care, trauma work, and turning clinical theory into practice. I bring my full presence, empathy, and intentionality to all of the work I do.
