Senior Behavioral Health and ABA Consultant
Kimberly Mitchell Potter is a nationally recognized expert in ABA operations and strategy, with over 20 years of experience leading clinical, operational, and financial transformations across behavioral health and healthcare systems. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), she specializes in helping ABA organizations scale sustainably, without compromising quality of care.
Her expertise includes CARF and BHCOE accreditation, payer contracting, compliance architecture, and full-spectrum revenue cycle management. She held executive roles as COO and Chief Clinical Officer, where she built and led multi-state ABA networks, developed scalable supervision and documentation systems, and aligned frontline care with backend operations.
Kim works directly with ABA founders, clinical leaders, and investors to design infrastructure that supports growth, audit-readiness, and long-term success. Her work spans intake redesign, clinical workflow optimization, training systems, and insurance-facing documentation strategies.
She holds an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University and dual BAs in Psychology and Music Industry. She also serves on nonprofit boards focused on healthcare equity and workforce development. Known for her clear thinking, calm presence, and dry humor, Kim helps mission-driven teams turn complexity into momentum.
