Katrina Campbell graduated from the prestigious University of Michigan in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Soon after, she moved to Georgia, where she began her career as a Medical-Surgical Nurse. Her desire to explore different areas of nursing led her to transition into home health, where she worked as a case manager, developing a deeper understanding of patient care and the complexities of healthcare delivery. 

In 2012, Katrina relocated to southwest Florida, where she began her career in managed care as a Utilization Management Nurse. Over the years, she cultivated a strong passion for the field, which fueled her desire to own and operate a staffing agency. When the opportunity arose, Katrina made the bold decision to launch her own company, combining her nursing expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to create a business that serves both healthcare providers and professionals alike.
