With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the human services field, a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Health Care Administration as well as an MBA degree, Elysia Moore has established herself as a leader and a trusted expert in advancing therapeutic care and regulatory compliance. Her career reflects her dedication to improving the lives of individuals in care and enhancing organizational standards.
One of Elysia’s pivotal achievements came during her tenure at Haynes Family of Programs, where she spearheaded the organization’s transition from a traditional group home to a Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP). Leading this significant organizational shift, she meticulously aligned the current organizational services with state and federal requirements, ensuring that the program met the precise standards necessary for STRTP designation, while continuing to uphold the core beliefs and values of the organizations. Her leadership not only enhanced the quality of care provided but also strengthened the program’s capacity to serve vulnerable populations with evidence-based, trauma-informed practices.
Beyond her work in program transformation, Elysia has honed specialized expertise in Quality Assurance, particularly within the domains of JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) and CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) regulation compliance. Her attention to detail and strategic approach to policy implementation have consistently earned exemplary accreditation outcomes, safeguarding organizational integrity and client trust.
