Dr. Emilia Broberg has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering meaningful and lasting change within the local educational community, particularly in the area of health and human services. Through years of dedicated service, she has made significant contributions to the professional development of individuals in education, psychology, counseling, and applied behavior analysis. Her work has focused on enhancing learning opportunities, promoting collaboration among professionals, and building effective teams to design and implement comprehensive, integrated, and innovative programs aimed at increasing accessibility to essential services.

Dr. Emilia Broberg possesses considerable expertise in organizational behavior management. She has successfully led initiatives to achieve organizational goals across multiple domains. Key accomplishments include improving employee training protocols, refining performance evaluation systems, increasing employee engagement and attendance, and developing effective communication, conflict resolution, and leadership strategies. Notably, during the COVID-19 pandemic, she adapted swiftly by developing new service delivery models, partnering with local educational institutions and officials to support hiring and training efforts, and assisting non-profit organizations in quantifying and evaluating outcomes as well as enhancing team morale and job satisfaction.

Having obtained a Ph.D. in Business Psychology with a concentration in Consulting, she is eager to contribute to the growth and development of emerging organizations in the behavioral health field. Her focus includes providing collaborative consultation in team building and delivering targeted quality assurance in areas such as employee relations, training and development, labor relations, and other key aspects of organizational behavior management.
