Courtney Hebdon is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years of hands-on experience across the full continuum of behavioral health care. Alongside her clinical work, she’s built deep expertise in clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and accreditation, helping programs strengthen the systems that keep care safe, ethical, and survey-ready.
She’s especially at home where clinical judgment and operational rigor meet regulatory compliance. Colleagues know her as a practical collaborator who genuinely enjoys the work of making programs better- asking the right questions, untangling the gnarly ones, and keeping the people being served at the center of every decision.
