Cherry-Anne Lewis is a seasoned healthcare executive and clinical leader with over 15 years of progressive experience in ambulatory surgery center (ASC) operations, emergency nursing, compliance, and integrated care coordination. She currently serves as Director of Clinical Services at T.H.E. Health & Wellness Center, where she leads clinical compliance, policy development, infection control, and interdisciplinary collaboration across five federally qualified health center (FQHC) sites. In this role, she ensures alignment with HRSA, Joint Commission, and state/federal regulations while driving strategic quality initiatives in partnership with the CEO, CMO, and Compliance Officer.
Cherry-Anne also serves as Director of Pacific VascuCare Surgery Center, a Fresenius Medical Care facility. There, she successfully transitioned the center from an Office-Based Surgery (OBS) model to a fully compliant TJC-accredited ASC. Her leadership encompasses the environment of care, risk management, credentialing, QAPI, emergency preparedness, and operational efficiency across clinical and administrative domains. She is actively involved in strategic planning, business development, and physician relations.
Her earlier roles include Center Manager at Lanham Vascular Access Center and Emergency Room Nurse at Washington Hospital Center, where she honed her clinical expertise in trauma care, sedation monitoring, patient triage, and recovery.
Cherry-Anne holds a Master of Science in Nursing (Clinical Nurse Leader) from the University of Maryland School of Nursing and a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Howard University. She maintains certifications in ACLS, BLS, Moderate Sedation, and Infection Control. As a per diem nurse with Medely, she remains grounded in direct patient care, delivering perioperative services across multiple specialties.
