In her role, Bonnie oversees all core financial functions, including accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning—ensuring alignment with the firm’s multi-state licensing, accreditation, and consulting engagements.
Bonnie plays a critical role in optimizing MVP’s financial performance across a diverse portfolio of client projects, ranging from behavioral health startups to large-scale hospital and health system engagements. She works closely with leadership to ensure accurate project costing, revenue tracking, and margin optimization, while also implementing scalable financial systems to support the firm’s continued national expansion.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and entrepreneurship, Bonnie’s background includes serving as a Financial Analyst and Technical Accounting Manager at a multinational organization with revenues exceeding $6 billion. This experience translates directly into her ability to bring structure, discipline, and strategic foresight to MVP’s financial operations.
