Aurielle has held leadership roles across community mental health agencies, residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, and inpatient hospitals. She has successfully developed and scaled both virtual and onsite care models, led multidisciplinary teams, and implemented innovative, patient-centered behavioral health initiatives. Her expertise spans high-acuity crisis response, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations. 

As a consultant, Aurielle specializes in accreditation readiness, licensure, policy and procedure development, strategic planning, and behavioral health program design.
