Angela’s extensive background includes the development of customized policies and procedures, practical compliance tools, and operational strategies that enhance regulatory readiness and support sustainable performance improvement. Her work has enabled numerous businesses to successfully navigate the complexities of accreditation, performance monitoring, and daily operational challenges.

With a hands-on approach, Angela offers tailored consulting services that align with Accreditation Organization (AO) standards, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment requirements, and third-party payer credentialing and contracting. She also provides robust training programs and performance improvement support, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with strategic action plans to address compliance gaps.

In addition to her consulting expertise, Angela brings firsthand operational knowledge as a former managing partner of a DME business and a nurse registry.
