Dr. Tymera Hines, Psy.D., BCBA is a Senior ABA Consultant with more than 15 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral health, and clinical leadership. She specializes in supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities while helping organizations strengthen clinical programming, treatment quality, staff development, and operational systems.

Throughout her career, Dr. Hines has provided clinical supervision, developed behavior-analytic programs and protocols, trained clinicians and caregivers, and supported organizations with program development, documentation standards, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness. She brings a practical, collaborative approach to consulting, focusing strongly on creating effective systems that improve both client outcomes and clinical team performance.
