Biography
Kathy Jarosz LCSW is the Founder of Mill Valley Performance Consulting Group, Inc. specializing in human performance consulting. Kathy is a behavioral change expert with over twenty two years experience working with clients to maximize their potential. She has combined her professional experience with best-of-class internet based testing to help achieve measurable results for her clients.
Ms. Jarosz possesses a Master's Degree (MSW). Kathy is also a Senior Consultant with The Global Consulting Partnership (for advanced degreed professionals). TGCP is a national consulting firm specializing in maximizing human talent within organizations.
Kathy is known for her passion and dedication to her work, and, a no-nonsense problem-solving style.
She has worked for a number of industries such as healthcare, retail, accounting, financial services, design firms, airlines, and high tech.
