Teena Ahuja brings over 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience to MVP Consulting with a proven track record across multi-site psychiatric hospitals, acute care facilities, and medical/surgical hospitals.

A results-driven leader, Teena is certified in LEAN and Six Sigma, applying these methodologies to streamline operations, reduce patient wait times, and drive significant efficiencies. She has played a critical role in successful Joint Commission and CMS surveys, leading to accreditation and re-certifications.

Teena is a passionate advocate for mental health, having served on multiple mental health advisory boards and collaborated with community-based organizations to raise awareness and reduce stigma around behavioral health.

She holds a Bachelor of Science with a triple major in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology from Houston Baptist University, and a Master of Arts in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Her contributions to healthcare were recognized with the Healthcare Hero Award by the Business Journal of Tennessee in 2019. She is also a proud member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
